Below you will find an application form for exhibitions and events at BWA Wrocław. With it, you can submit your own idea for an activity within the institution. Find out when you can expect a response!
You send your application in the period:
January-March → we will reply in April
April-June → we will reply in July
July-September → we will reply in October
October-December → we will reply in January

Remember that each gallery has its own specifics. If you are already thinking of a specific place where you want to show your project please include this in your description.

BWA Wrocław Główny: the largest of the BWA Wrocław galleries.
- Palmiarnia – relaxation area, infopoint & bookshop at the BWA Wrocław Główny gallery. Palmiarnia has a zone dedicated to lectures and screenings
Dizajn BWA Wrocław: focused on project areas (in 2024, the gallery is closed).
SIC! BWA Wrocław: the only gallery in Poland to present art glass and ceramics.
Studio BWA Wrocław: a place that combines the functions of residence, studio and exhibition space.

Let us know about your idea. Introduce yourself and your project to us. Tell us about it clearly, including information such as: the concept of the exhibition or event, your CV, the artists/artists invited (in the case of events and group exhibitions).

Please provide an estimated budget. Or does the project have funding? If so, to what extent?

I have read the information clause and agree to the processing of personal data. In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation "RODO"), we would like to inform you about the principles of processing your personal data and your rights related thereto.

1. The administrator of your personal data is BWA Wrocław Contemporary Art Galleries, based in Wrocław, 46a Ruska Street, segment B, premises 103, 50-079 Wrocław, entered in the Register of Cultural Institutions kept by the Wrocław Municipality under the number RIK 20/94, NIP: 896-000-58-45, REGON: 000278391.

2. We have appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted on matters of personal data protection and exercising your rights via e-mail at: iod@bwa.wroc.pl or in writing at the address of our registered office.

3. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Art.6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016

4. The recipients of your personal data will be only entities entitled to obtain them on the basis of legal regulations.

5. You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and the right to data portability.

6. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, the refusal to provide such data may result in the non-acceptance of the application for cooperation with BWA Wrocław Galeria Sztuki Współczesnej.
