Look Down When You Walk – Art Workshop on Children’s Day

What is the world’s weirdest insect? On Children’s Day at SIC! Gallery’s backyard together we will bring to life some fantastic creatures. In particular, we will have a closer look at those that live in the cracks of pavements, just a few centimetres underground!

Come and join us on Children’s Day for a family art workshop with Magdaleną Weber. As part of the activities planned, we will have a closer look at the creatures which we rarely stoop to observe and which live in the cracks of pavements we walk on, building many-kilometre-long tunnels just a few centimetres underground.
We will create fantastic, magical insects inspired by the world’s weirdest insects! To do this, we will make use of leaves, sticks, carton boards, paper, paints and glue.

The event is a part of the  ‘Progress and Seasons’ programme co-financed by the Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund.
