‘Progress and Seasons in the Park’ is an educational programme consisting of walks, meetings, workshops, lectures and field games for adults and families with children. It is centred around two main themes: the development of urban space from the 19th to the 21st century and changes in nature in the era of climate crisis. The ‘Progress’ line focuses on issues related to architecture and urban planning, historical and contemporary modernisation. The ‘Seasons’ line is dedicated to practising mindfulness of changes in the non-human world. The programme aims to allow the residents of Wrocław to get to know the area around the future venue of BWA Wrocław, establish mutual relations and undertake joint activities, not only creative ones.

→ This year, the events will take place in Lesław Węgrzynowski Park and its surroundings. The weather may not always be favourable, so we may have to move our meeting to the gallery or to another day. Current information can be found on the website of the selected event ↓ and on our Facebook profile: @bwawroclaw.

Co-financed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund – a state special-purpose fund.

Radio Wrocław Kultura is the media patron of the ‘Progress and Seasons in the Park’ programme.
